shreds and makes cool videos he visited me in NY and got some chilly waves and warm weather heres us surfing in Montauk on a mid 60’s Hobie and a early 1960’s Bunger (original Long Island shaper from Babylon) i start out on the Hobie and switch to the Bunger which is super hulled and boaty. pointy nose, thick belly with fairly pinched rails and a tightly drawn tail, gunny shape. super fun and loose board. the Hobie belongs to my friend Joh Angelo a local NY talented longboarder, he spied the board in someones garage who considered the board useless and gave it to him, his loss because the board is super fun triple stringer and on the nose the glass has dropped in between the three stringers sort of like a elongated pressure ding so there is a strange double concave on the top and bottom of the nose. skip showed up on my doorstep un expected one night driving from Canada. yew.
